Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another round of invitations through the Express Entry system.
In the latest draw, 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates demonstrating proficiency in French. To qualify, candidates were required to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 446, and
- An Express Entry profile created before 7:21 a.m. (UTC) on June 16, 2025.

This marks the third Express Entry draw of both the week and the month. It follows a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw held on September 3, a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 2, and a category-based draw for healthcare and social services workers on August 19.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 62,109 ITAs through Express Entry. The majority of these draws have focused on PNP candidates, while the rest have targeted applicants under the CEC, French-language proficiency category, and priority occupations identified by Express Entry.
