Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another round of invitations under the Express Entry system, targeting candidates from the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). A total of 192 invitations to apply (ITAs) were sent out in this latest draw.
To qualify, candidates were required to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 800, and
- An active Express Entry profile created before 7:17 p.m. (UTC) on February 11, 2025.

This draw marks the fourth Express Entry round of August and recorded a cut-off score of 800 making it the second-highest CRS requirement of the year. The only higher threshold in 2025 so far was seen earlier this month, when a PNP-specific draw required a score of 802.
The current invitation round is the second PNP-focused draw this month. It follows three earlier rounds held in August: one for French-speaking candidates on August 8, one for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates on August 7, and another PNP-specific draw on August 6.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 53,320 invitations through the Express Entry system. The majority of these have gone to candidates in the Provincial Nominee Program, while others were extended to applicants under the Canadian Experience Class, French-language proficiency category, and priority occupations targeted by Express Entry.
