Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw, this time targeting candidates in healthcare and social services occupations. A total of 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued in this category-specific draw.
To be eligible, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 475 and must have submitted their Express Entry profile before 1:08 p.m. UTC on March 13, 2025.

This marks the fourth Express Entry draw for July and follows three earlier draws this month:
- A Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on July 21,
- A Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on July 8,
- Another PNP-specific draw on July 7.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 49,403 ITAs through the Express Entry system.
This year, most Express Entry draws have focused on PNP candidates, with additional draws targeting individuals in the CEC stream, those with strong French-language skills, and applicants in designated priority occupation categories.
