Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another round of invitations under the Express Entry system.
In the latest draw, 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates in the CEC. To qualify, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 534 and must have submitted their Express Entry profile before 8:28 a.m. (UTC) on August 14, 2025.

This marks the second Express Entry draw of September. It comes shortly after a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 2, a category-based selection for healthcare and social services workers on August 19, and another PNP-specific draw on August 18.
So far in 2025, IRCC has invited a total of 57,069 candidates through the Express Entry system. The majority of these draws have centered on PNP candidates, while additional ITAs have gone to those in the CEC, French-speaking applicants, and candidates in priority occupation categories.
