Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another round of invitations through the Express Entry system, targeting candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
In this draw, IRCC issued 228 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible PNP candidates. To qualify, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 746 and must have submitted their Express Entry profile before 1:39 p.m. UTC on March 31, 2025.

This latest selection marks the fourth Express Entry draw of the month, following a series of invitations earlier in September:
- A large French-language draw on September 4
- A Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on September 3
- A PNP-specific draw on September 2
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 57,297 ITAs through the Express Entry system.
Throughout this year, the focus of draws has largely been on Provincial Nominee Program candidates, with additional invitations extended to candidates in the CEC stream, those with strong French-language proficiency, and applicants in priority occupation categories.
