Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Canada has issued 1000 more invitations to apply (ITA) through Express Entry System for this October, 2025. This would be the first Express Entry Draw of October. The candidates of this draw must meet following requirements to be considered eligible for the draw which are as follows:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 534 and
- Created an Express Entry Candidate profile before 4:01 am, Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on February 21, 2025.

Summary of Express Entry Draws in 2025:
The Express Entry Draw conducted on October 1, 2025 is the first of this month and follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 29, a Trades category draw on September 18 and Education Category Draw on September 17.
This draw is the 10th Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw of the year and third in a row to feature a draw size of 1,000 and a CRS cut off of 534. As of August 2025, one CEC draw per month was conducted by IRCC.
So far the IRCC has issued 66,838 ITAs through Express Entry System in 2025.
Express Entry Draws this year have primarily focussed on PNP draws with the remainder focussing on CEC candidates, candidates with French language proficiency and those in Express Entry priority occupation categories.
